1. Service Refund Policy

Services provided by Chargecleanox LLC are non-refundable once delivered. This includes completed coaching sessions, attended workshops, and accessed programs.

2. Cancellation Policy

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for rescheduling
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
• You may reschedule once within 30 days at no charge
• No-shows forfeit the session cost

Educational Programs

• Cancel before program start for refund minus 20% administrative fee
• Once started, programs are non-refundable
• Program access ends upon cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions (Habit Tracker)

• Cancel anytime; no long-term commitment required
• No refunds for partial months
• Cancellation effective at end of current billing cycle

3. Payment Issues

If charged in error, contact us within 30 days with proof. We will investigate and refund if warranted.

4. No Money-Back Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results from coaching. While we stand by our quality, individual outcomes vary based on consistency, personal factors, and implementation. Results are not guaranteed.
